Access Umbrella has broad experience consulting with conference and meeting planners to insure that an event will be inclusive, and allow for participation by most attendees. Access Umbrella consults on production of event materials in accessible formats, use of appropriate audio-visual aids, arrangement of accessible transportation, scheduling of sign language interpreters, and training of wait staff and other auxiliary personnel.
